Terms and Conditions

1. One to One Coaching Sessions 

Description of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential.

The Coach is Yassminne Atallah; the Client is a person using the services or purchasing products of Infinite Love FZCO through this Website www.yassinfinitelove.com or via direct contact with the Coach.

Services

  • The parties agree to engage in the Coaching session(s)/program in-person, via video call or telephone call.
  • Coach will be available to Client by e-mail and what’s app in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Coach.
  • Coach may also be available for additional time, per Client’s request on a prorated basis rate to be determined at the discretion of the Coach.

Age Requirement

  • Infinite Love FZCO Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive sessions without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
  • Clients below the age of 18 would require written guardian approval to engage in the Coaching session(s)/program.

Payment/Fees

  • Payment method to be discussed with Infinite Love FZCO when booking is successful.
  • All fees should be paid to Infinite Love FZCO prior to commencing the first session (if it is a package, or the session (for single bookings), or the full program; unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  • Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach/Infinite Love FZCO 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings.
  • Coach/Infinite Love FZCO reserves the right to assume full payment for a missed meeting or if notification is received within 24 hours. Coach/Infinite Love FZCO will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

Disclaimer

  • ​Therapy and other modes of professional or medical psychological examination shall not be considered equivalent to coaching.
  • All the techniques and skills the Coach uses are considered either coaching or complementary health care under law.
  • The Coach is not a registered medical doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist, nor licensed therapist. The Coach does not engage in therapy with coaching Client.
  • In entering into the coaching relationship, Client is agreeing that if any mental and/or physical health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, Client will notify the coach and registered Doctor immediately so that an appropriate referral can be discussed.
  • Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable/responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

NOTE: Client Disclosure

    • If Client is in therapy or treatment with a licensed practitioner, Client needs to present the Coach a letter of referral from licensed practitioner before starting the session(s)/program.
    • If Client has been prescribed medication to take by licensed practitioner, Client needs to present the Coach a letter of consent from licensed practitioner before starting the session(s)/program.
    • This means a short-written note stating that Client has informed his/her health care provider of his/her decision to engage in Coach’s coaching session(s)/program.

Confidentiality

  • All information about the Coach/Client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information.
  • If you wish for the coach to speak to someone outside your interactions, you need to give written permission (original letter, or email) to do so. Exceptions to confidentiality of course relate to circumstances such as intent to seriously harm someone, child abuse, thoughts of suicide etc. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential according to GDPR regulations.
  • It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some Clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as the internet, mobile phones and cordless phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.

2. Crystals

Crystal Refunds & Return Policy

Infinite Love FZCO offers returns or exchanges within 7 days after purchase. You can return your product for a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

Crystal Delivery Policy

Deliveries within the UAE for orders of AED 200.- or above will be free of charge otherwise an AED 15.- will apply.  Shipment fees will be applied for international deliveries and will be agreed upon between the Client and Infinite Love FZCO.

Deliveries and charges to be agreed between Infinite Love FZCO and the Client.

Disclaimer

Healing crystals can be used as a compliment and not as a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or examination. It is advisable to consult a licensed doctor, healthcare specialist or practitioner when required.

3. General Account Policies (APPLICABLE FOR ALL GOODS AND SERVICES)

Client’s right to know

We strive to meet our Clients’ needs. We believe that advising our Clients of the products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our Clients’ right to know policy advises each Client on the products and healing modality best suited for the Client to maximize the benefits of their service.

Price change

We are constantly expanding our services and product range; we strive to make every effort to keep our website and menu updated however please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time and may vary depending on exchange rate.

We love having you as a Client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Payments are Non-refundable

All Payments for products & services made through any of the payment methods such as bank transfer, online payments through 3rd Party Vendors/Exchange Houses, Cash, and Credit Card towards Infinite Love FZCO (Duly Registered Under IFZA) and/or its owner(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless due to the following reasons:

  • Goods such as retail products are damaged or defected.
  • Death or major health reasons stated by the Client due to hospitalization where proof is required such as health reports and doctors notes.

OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

Infinite Love FZCO will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.
